This package is highly recommended for clients currently residing abroad, or for clients who have full schedules and would like a professional team to handle all the preparations for the event.

The services included in this package are as follows:

• Conduct unlimited meetings and unlimited online consultation
• Prepare a timeline and checklist
• Conduct ocular of possible venues and book a church for the baptism 
• Recommend and book professional and dependable suppliers
• Meet, book, and follow up with possible and chosen suppliers
• Review all contracts and remind client of payments needed during the entire planning
• Join the food tasting and other meetings where major decisions are needed 
• Conceptualize and brainstorm on additional ideas

Note: The services indicated in both Partial and On the Day Planning Package are included in the Full Planning Package.

This package is highly recommended for clients who already booked their major suppliers, and would like to entrust the rest of the event preparation to a professional team.

The services included in this package are as follows:

• Conduct four (4) meetings and unlimited online consultation
• Prepare matrix with details and organize an event binder where contracts and pertinent documents are kept
• Give ideas to the clients on how to best execute the program according to the theme
• Assist the clients in finalizing reception floor layout
• Prepare the program / script to be used in the program, working side by side with the clients and the host
• Plan and implement the flow of the event 
• Devise the BIG DAY schedule and timeline to verify every supplier’s call time
• Enforce all agreements stated in the contract between the clients and various suppliers

This package is highly recommended for clients who already booked all their chosen suppliers, and would like a professional team to handle the details and execute the plans on their event. 

The services included in this package are as follows:

• Conduct two (2) meetings and unlimited online c
• Contact with suppliers regularly to ensure all is on track
• Liaise with venue and suppliers on your behalf, arranging “on the day” schedules
• Meet all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are there on time and they are knowledgeable on the venue layout
• Coordinate details of venue set up, including table plans, decoration, lighting and music, ensuring the ambience and room are exactly how you envisioned
• Handle the technical requirements during the program, which will be executed according to your theme/concept and motif
• Manage guests and execute program 
• Provide emergency kit box including essentials such as safety pins, sewing kit, hairspray, tissues, etc.
• Assist the clients and the guests arriving
• Pay all supplier balances on the day
• Handle unexpected eventualities discreetly 
• Be present for up to 10 hours on the day of the event (from ingress, ceremony, program, to egress)
• Coordinate order of events 
• Make sure the program runs smooth, no lull/dull moments and no technical problem 
• Rehearse with the host and technical equipment hours before the event
