Execute program and conduct ocular inspection of venues
Liaise with venue and suppliers on your behalf, arranging event schedules for them
Meet all suppliers on the day for setup, ensuring that they are on time and know the venue layout
Coordinate the remainder venue setup including table plans, decoration, lighting, and music, ensuring the ambience and room are exactly how you envisioned
Pay all supplier balances on the day
Handle unexpected eventualities discreetly
Make sure the program runs smooth, no lull/dull moments and no technical problem
Rehearse with host, technical equipment and all those included in the program hours before the show
